Over the past 10+ years I have been very fortunate to work with a wide range of clients on projects that cut across a number of sectors.

Here's what a few people have to say about their experience
working with me.

Michael Berman
Vice President for Technology and Communication

CSU Channel Islands

Richard is a first-class designer & photographer who can tackle any design job and get it done well. I know many good designers, but there are few

that are so pleasant to work with and so reliable. Let Richard know what

you need and it just gets done on time with no drama. He would be

an attribute to any project or organization that needs a great team

member with design chops.

Deborah McCuiston

Director Learning and Organizational Effectiveness  Virgin America

I have worked with Richard for several years at Virgin America and one word comes to mind… Amazing. Richard is an incredible designer who is able to take complex messages and material and turn them into something magical. He not only has helped us with design, he has shaped the look and feel of our Learning Department. Richard is able to quickly identify what your needs are and provide solutions on many different levels - everything from design, to content, to technology solutions. With a "can-do" attitude, Richard is so easy to work with - especially when you really don't know what you are looking for/desired outcomes. He is a patient educator and mentor, who teaches you to think differently by asking thought provoking questions and bringing different perspectives to the table. Last, Richard gets things done with meaningful thought, quality and creativity.

Crista Copp
Director of Academic Technology
Loyola Marymount University

Richard is truly one of the most inspirational and invigorating individuals that has ever worked with me. His expertise in teaching, his creative insights, and his passion made him invaluable to LMU in a variety of ways. He was always willing to learn, get his hands “dirty” with his team, and yet, was able to communicate well with people at every level. Although Richard’s time at LMU was sadly short (due to life circumstances), he made a very lasting impact on the University, as well as on the people here. We still use graphics he designed, follow procedures he created, and even let

a few Richardism’s slip sometimes (bugger!). I recommend Richard

with the highest enthusiasm possible, and will always look for more opportunities to work with him.
