About Me

Born and raised in Leeds, England I moved to the USA on the verge of turning 20 to attend the prestigious College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP) at the University of Cincinnati. From the Fall of 2001 to the Spring of 2009 I worked as an Assistant Professor of New Media at the University of Cincinnati within the College-Conservatory of Music’s (CCM) Electronic Media Division.

In the spring of 2009 I left the University of Cincinnati, and and drove my Mini Cooper West to Los Angeles, California to explore a new exciting & challenging opportunity at Loyola Marymount University (LMU | LA).

While at LMU, I worked as the Instructional Technology Manager within the ITS Dept. Projects completed at LMU include the launch of the new Faculty Innovation Center (The FIC) within the new $55 Million William H. Hannon Library, the launch of Blackboard 9 as our Course Management System, branding initiatives, and general support for EduSoCal’10, the Educause regional conference held at LMU in late Spring 2010.

Having left LMU in late June, I currently find myself in Singapore, enjoying a six month sabbatical.
