ON COOKING - PRENTICE HALL

Interactive CD-ROM and web experience created for Prentice Hall’s On Cooking, a culinary fundamentals textbook released in print and on DVD. I was commissioned to design and produce a sampler CD-ROM and companion website to showcase content from On Cooking: A Textbook of Culinary Fundamentals, 4th Edition by Sarah R. Labensky and Alan M. Hause. My role covered the full production pipeline, including interface design, programming, authoring, and preparation of video assets for both web and CD-ROM delivery. The project was developed using Macromedia Flash 8, with image creation and manipulation completed in Adobe Photoshop CS.
